Upper School students have a range of elective courses from which to choose. These
courses are held daily, each week of the summer program.
This is a combined middle school and upper school group. Sing classics to
contemporary/ popular. Learn the basics of reading music and music theory. Learn
aural training and how to be in a musical ensemble.
Covers beginning music concepts and learning to be a part of an ensemble.
Learn the basics of reading music and playing by ear. Instruments include guitar,
piano, bass and drums.
Covers basic jazz concepts, learning how to be a part of an ensemble,
and playing instruments such as flute, sax, clarinet, drum set, piano, bass, guitar,
trumpet, etc. Learn the basics of reading music and playing by ear.
Learn how to sculpt stone and create amazing sculptures and creations.
Learn drawing basics including pencil, pastel and others. Further, learn how to
paint with oil, acrylic, and watercolor.
Build solar-powered cars, greenhouses, etc. Individual projects are decided by the
student and designed to create a better planet.
